Brook looks set to retain his place for the T20 World Cup in a few weeks’ time alongside fellow Yorkshire team-mates Adil Rashid and Dawid Malan.

Brook has also been recognised by his fellow team-mates by winning the joint Players’ Player of the Year with Steven Patterson. Patterson took 37 wickets in the 2022 County Championship averaging 27.56.
