External Hospitality Agencies- A Polite Notice

Yorkshire CCC work with a number of fantastic hospitality agencies that have worked with us for a number of years and are approved by the club to sell hospitality packages on our behalf.

However recently there has been an increase in illegitimate sales where companies operating as hospitality agencies sell packages without our consent and have left customers with no bookings and therefore no hospitality tickets on the day.

It is not our intention to prevent customers buying hospitality from external agencies but to protect all customers from fraudulent activity. In order to assist customers in making an educated choice we offer the following advice to those who may be concerned:

• If you do book with a third party agent we cannot assist with queries or issues regarding your booking. This includes issues to do with ticket whereabouts, package content and details etc.
• In the instance of abandoned play due to bad weather or other circumstances, any refunds issued will be made only to the third party and not to the ticket holder.
• In the unfortunate situation that it is found that you have made an illegitimate booking we will not be able to honour the booking on their behalf, it is down to the third party to provide the goods in which you have purchased and not a responsibility of Yorkshire CCC.
• If a deal seems too good to be true PLEASE call Yorkshire CCC before you transfer any money to an agent, we will answer honestly and will ensure that said agent does have a booking with Yorkshire CCC in place and can therefore verify that the transaction is legitimate.
